Arbitrum metrics are still great:
• 2nd largest chain by DEX volume
• 8x higher DEX volume than Optimism
• the top #2 chain by 7d net flows
But Arbitrum likely needs an incentive program to regain momentum.42% of all $ARB is in DAO's hands and could be used for that.

Random Thoughts:
Riots in France: A 17-year-old is shot at close range during a traffic check. Violent riots broke out again on Friday night. I find it really frightening what is currently going on in France and wonder what the government will do about it. I hope that the riots don't get any more violent.... There is so much anger and despair everywhere. How is this going to end? I believe that many of the current problems in the world are related to the widening gap between the rich and the poor. At least that is the root. And it doesn't look like it's going to get better anytime soon....
This isn’t Syria, Iraq or Afghanistan. This is France where 9% of the population has brought down entire cities!
