The Power of Words
A Personal Reflection on Language and Reality in the AI Era

I stumbled upon an article that I can’t stop thinking about: “Living in a World Where Words Shape Reality”. As someone who has been navigating the worlds of AI and crypto as a self-taught learner for years, this text struck a deep chord with me.
The Quiet Revolution of Words
In my experiences with AI and machine learning, I’ve witnessed daily how words can shape realities. A single prompt can determine which images, texts, or even lines of code are created. But what the article describes goes far beyond that. It envisions a future where language itself becomes an act of creation. For someone like me, who often wrestles with the "loud" world and finds strength in written expression, this idea is both fascinating and unsettling.
Between Authenticity and Automation
My journey with AI tools has shown me how thin the line can be between assistance and dependency. While developing my Anxiety Helper App, I frequently ask myself: How much technology and AI is healthy? Where do we risk losing our human essence?
The idea of "agentic digital twins" particularly resonates with me. As an introvert, the thought of having a digital proxy to handle difficult situations sounds tempting. But would that truly be a solution – or just another way to avoid real-life challenges?
The Longing for Stability
In times of rapid technological and societal change, I’ve become increasingly aware of the value of constants. The concept of a fully customizable reality may be technologically fascinating, but my own experience has taught me that real growth requires roots.
My daily routines serve as anchors in a fast-paced world. They remind me that not everything has to be fluid.
Finding Balance
Perhaps the real art lies in merging the best of both worlds – harnessing the transformative power of technology without letting it consume us. In my work with AI and in my personal projects, I strive to find this balance.
What I’ve learned: Technology shouldn’t alienate us from our human experiences – it should enhance them. If words truly have the power to shape reality, then let’s be mindful of how we use them. Let’s tell stories that connect rather than divide, that build up rather than overwhelm.
Cultivating a positive mindset (or at least working on it!) has shown me that our inner attitude largely shapes the outer reality. The more we focus on constructive possibilities, the more likely we are to manifest them.

What I saw today:
Today, I watched How AI Took Over The World by Art of the Problem, and it was an eye-opening journey into the evolution of machine intelligence. The video beautifully traced AI's development, from simple matchbox-based learning systems to today's Transformers capable of reasoning and creativity. What stood out to me was how intelligence emerges from pattern recognition, mimicking nature's own three-layered learning process: evolution, reinforcement, and language.
It left me pondering a deeper question: if machines can mimic imagination and prediction, how do we balance their potential against the risks of misplaced agency? As someone fascinated by how technology shapes human potential, this video reminded me of the power—and responsibility—we hold in deciding how these systems integrate into our lives. It’s a quiet revolution, unfolding layer by layer, and it’s both thrilling and humbling to witness.

What I learned today:
Today, I learned about two types of files used in programming:
.py files: These contain Python code and are used to write programs that a computer can execute. For example, you could create a program to calculate a restaurant tip automatically.
.yaml files: These store data in a simple, readable format and are often used for program configurations. For instance, an app might use a YAML file to save a user's language preference.
Both file types are essential for organizing and running software!
That’s it for today! ☺️
